The Art of Consent was born from the need to create a space filled with trust, empathy, and safety between teacher and student.

These are Poland's first premium yoga assist cards, designed from two perspectives - Ania, the teacher, and Magda, the student - to support mindful and conscious practice. This project would not have been possible without the support of true artists in their fields.

About the founders:

✨Anna Rusiłko (Saran Bhagti)✨
A yoga teacher with over 17 years of experience and a guide in bodywork and breathwork. The Art of Consent grew out of her extensive experience in the classroom and her ability to listen mindfully to the needs of the modern yoga space. It is a tool that supports conscious assistance, helping teachers apply touch with greater clarity while giving students the feeling of being seen and respected within their boundaries.

✨Magda Bieńko (Joti Hardeva)✨
 A certified Life Coach who supports women's growth, drawing on her 10+ years of experience in the world of business and HR. The Art of Consent stems from her personal relationship with yoga, her deep respect for boundaries, and her admiration for the art of communication. Magda loves spending her time in meditation or enjoying an aromatic cardamon matcha.

Meet the Artists:

  • Design: This project is the work of Michał Pac from United States Of Art, a graduate of the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts. He poured his heart and talent into ensuring these cards combine functionality and aesthetics with the profound meaning of the practice.
  • Photography: The magic captured in our photoshoot is thanks to the incomparable @magda_fotografuje, who brought our vision to life through her lens.

  • Production: We are supported by local print shops and sewing rooms. Their teams won us over with their persistence in finding tailor-made solutions for "The Art," allowing us to proudly support the Polish economy and craftsmanship.
